Sekine is a quiet place to notice how you feel — and to answer it with remembrance.
Choose your state: grateful, at peace, scattered, weary, anxious or regretful. Add a reason if you want, or a single line. Sekine then opens the dhikr that fits that state, and counts it with you.
Anxious opens "Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal wakil". Weary opens "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah". Regretful opens "Astaghfirullah". Grateful opens "Alhamdulillah". You can always pick your own from the library instead.
Each one in Arabic script, with Latin transliteration and its meaning in plain English. Targets of 33, 99, 100 or 313. Tap the ring to count, or let the app keep a slow, steady pace while your hands stay still.
There is no recitation audio and no synthetic voice — deliberately. Accompaniment starts switched off. If you want it, a soft rhythm bed, an ambient tone, a "night tone" filter and room reverb are all there behind one button, and all optional.
See your day streak, your total count, a seven-day view of how you have been, and a quiet note about which dhikr you return to in hard moments. No grading, no guilt, no shaming you for a missed day.
Sekine never connects to the internet. No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Your check-ins and counts are stored only on your phone and can be erased in one tap from Settings. It requests no permissions at all — no microphone, no camera, no location, no storage.
No ads. No subscription. No in-app purchases. No locked features.
Interface available in English and Turkish.
